Located in Tavira, on the hills of Senhora da Saúde, parish of Santa Maria - Tavira, an exclusive and privileged location enjoying a view that stretches from the hills to the sea, joins the best of the two large areas of the region, the mountains And the coast.

The influence of the two climatic systems originated by the Serra and Litoral gives the region a micro climate of a different quality. The conditions already approved are the construction of a Tourist Hotel suite up to 120 beds with about 80 accommodation units (80 rooms) distributed over 3 floors with a gross building area of 7,300m2.
At the ground floor consists of 1,785m2. The first floor consists of 2,340m2 and the second floor consists of 1.785m2. To the tourist apartments have an area of 1.700m2.

The total area of the land is 100,000m2 (10ha) approved in December 2009, with a previous study.

Number of floors - 3 above the threshold and 1 floor below the threshold, adapting to the slope of the ground.

In the main building there will be common areas (reception, restaurant, cafeteria, multipurpose rooms and SPA), complementary service spaces and 84 parking spaces. In the surrounding grounds there will be 2 outdoor swimming pools and more parking spaces.

This land is integrated into a vast area classified as an area of tourist fitness and environmental protection, which make these areas even more attractive and high quality to its target audience such as Senior Tourism or Health and Leisure.
