Electricity,Water, Gas and Air Conditioning Split Units; Cleaning Service (approximately 1 Hours per day, 3 times per week, except Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays); Bed Linen changed once aWeek and Towels changed twice a Week; Garden & Pool Maintenance, Property Management and Reception Services; Services NOT included are Washing Dishes, Laundering of Personal Items or other items.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
Other Services – Food Packs, Cots, High Chairs, etc can be arranged – Prices on request.

CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT:
25% of the Rental Total Amount with the Booking Confirmation (non refundable); 75% of the Rental Total Amount (Balance) 5 Weeks before the Arrival Date; Damage Deposit – An Additional Payment of 20% of the Rental Total Amount against any accidental Breakages and Damage is required with the last Payment (Balance). The property will be inspected after the rental tenants departure and this sum refunded less, if necessary, the cost of any replacements or repairs. If the Property is intact and free of damage / breakage, the Damage Deposit will then be refunded within 2 weeks time. Any extra services which the rental tenant requests will be also deducted from the Damage Deposit.

CANCELLATION CHARGES:
Cancellations must be in writing and received in our Office 5 weeks prior to Arrival Date. If not, we would apply the following cancellation charges to the Rental Costs: 5Weeks - 2Weeks - Forfeiture of Deposit (Booking Confirmation);
2Weeks – 1Week – 50% of the Rental Total Amount; 1Week – Arrival Date – 100% of the Rental Total Amount. We will always endeavour to re-let and providing successful, the Deposit would be forfeited and partial refund of the Balance would be assessed.

NOTES:
The maximum occupancy is 2 Persons per Bedroom (excluding infants in Cots) and must not be exceeded unless arrangements for this have been made – Additional Charge for use of Extra Bed; The Property is privately owned and decorated and furnished to the owner’s individual taste; No Pets are Not allowed; To ensure that the Property is cleaned and ready for occupancy, it should be vacated by 11:00 and occupied by 16:00 onwards.
