Our management team will not only maintain your property but will work tirelessly to help you enjoy your holiday home leaving you to only lay back and relax. Our services consist of:
 
Key Handling
Safe keeping of all your properties keys and reception services at our office (or in the property upon request within office hours)
 
24h Help Line
24h/7days a week for holiday renters and property owners
 
Routine Property Inspections / Check Up Visit
We will inspect the interior and exterior of the home on a routine basis  for property airing, taps/Toilet Flushes, appliances, clean balcony´s drain, check pool/garden and checking for water infiltration or humidity problems
 
 
Mail Uplift or Meter Readings
We will collect and sort the mail at the client´s property post box. We do the meter readings and send to the respective services suppliers when necessary
 
Control and Payment of bills
All bills will be addressed to our office and payments will be organized according to date/service completion (depending on funds availability)
 
Administrative Services
Dealing with services providers and sending of Monthly Account Statements to property owners
 
Supervision of works
We will supervise works made by 3rd party personnel
 
Maintenance & Repairs

Cleaning services are undertaken by our partners in which you can have the confidence that you will always find your property in pristine condition
 
Laundry
All laundry is marked by us and itemized on collection and delivery to your property
 
Grocery shopping
Purchasing any groceries prior to owners/clients arrival upon request (amount deducted from funds of account statement)
 
Meet & Greet
At the rental property to hand over the keys, collect the security deposit and an explanation of appliances including security measures
 
Deliveries
If you are expecting a delivery we will be there to open the door
 
Pest / Bug control
Organize specific services or annual/half year contracts of elimination of all pest/bugs
 
* If service is provided during office working hours. Additional services available, charges at an agreed rate / VAT not included.
